Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets (finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Blanch the chopped broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- Add flour and one beaten egg to the broccoli mixture, stirring until a thick dough forms.
