Description

Indulge in these rich and creamy No-Bake Brownie Truffles—a delightful chocolate treat that requires no oven time! The perfect combination of brownie mix and cream cheese creates a luscious truffle base, coated in smooth melted chocolate for an irresistible finish. These truffles are versatile and easy to customize with your favorite toppings, such as sprinkles, crushed nuts, or cocoa powder. Whether you’re hosting a party, celebrating the holidays, or simply craving a chocolate fix, these no-bake truffles are a surefire crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (dry mix only, no eggs or oil)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup sprinkles, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts (optional for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the dry brownie mix with softened cream cheese until fully combined. The mixture should resemble a thick dough.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls using your hands.
  3. Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Once chilled, dip each truffle in melted chocolate using a fork, letting any excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated truffles back on the baking sheet. Add sprinkles, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts while the chocolate is still wet if desired.
  7. Allow the truffles to set in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate coating hardens.
