Ingredients
- 32 ounces white cranberry juice
- 2 cups cranberry vodka (or 50/50 cranberry and cherry vodka)
- 1 cup lime simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- 3/4 cup Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs and cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Lime Simple Syrup (if homemade):
- Peel 3–4 limes using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife. Squeeze the juice into a saucepan.
- Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to the saucepan. Adjust sugar for sweetness.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, strain, and allow to cool completely.
- Prepare the Cosmo:
- Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to a large pitcher. If serving immediately, add ice.
- Stir the mixture well to combine.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Pour into chilled martini or coupe glasses.
- Garnish with sprigs of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
- Optional: Rim glasses with sugar for a frosted effect.
